  1. Update file for VCL Source Code.
  2. The archive includes the patch for the Delphi VCL Source Code.  Use this
  3. patch after updating your installation of Delphi with the Delphi patch 
  4. (DELPATCH.ZIP) You do not need this file if you own Delphi Client/Server
  5. because the Delphi C/S patch archive (DELCSPAT.ZIP) already contains the
  6. patch file for the VCL source code.  The README file contained within 
  7. describes how to install the patch.
